E-Weather

Written by Brandon Streiff
Based on wmWeather, written by Mike Henderson

What it does:
This epplet displays local weather conditions, just like wmWeather.
However, it's more suitable for Enlightenment because wmWeather
doesn't behave too well under E.

Why I wrote it:
Two reasons: To learn how to write epplets, and to write a program
that would actually have a use. :P

What do I need?:
First of all, you need GrabWeather from wmWeather. (get wmWeather
  at http://nis-www.lanl.gov/~mgh/WindowMaker/DockApps.shtml) You
will also need perl to run it, and wget to use it.

How to install it:
Edit the makefile to your preferences, i.e., where you installed E,
where you want the epplet installed, et cetera. Then run a 'make'
  and a 'make install'.

How to use it:
Start the epplet. If it's the first time you've run it, it would be
wise to go into the configuration (hammer button) and tailor it to
your desires. or something like that.

  Button controls:
    Hammer: Configure the epplet.
Square: Display more info on the current weather conditions.
    Reload: Redownload weather information.
    ?: Display help documentation.
    X: Close the epplet.

Micha_Kowalczuk <sammael@brzydal.eu.org> pointed out that there is a
page listing various (international) METAR codes at this address:
    http://stat.hpwren.ucsd.edu/Metar/nsd_cccc.txt

Special thanks:
  Mike Henderson: making wmWeather.
teferi: making the original Makefile and originally hosting E-Weather.
Tom Murphy: submitting a patch for metric support.
