Grouping selectors

HTML_CSS::createGroup - Creates a new CSS definition group. Returns an integer identifying the group.
HTML_CSS::unsetGroup - Sets or adds a CSS definition for a CSS definition group
HTML_CSS::getGroupStyle - Returns a CSS definition for a CSS definition group
HTML_CSS::setGroupStyle - Sets or adds a CSS definition for a CSS definition group
HTML_CSS::addGroupSelector - Adds a selector to a CSS definition group.
HTML_CSS::removeGroupSelector - Removes a selector from a group.
HTML_CSS::setSameStyle - Sets or changes the properties of new selectors to the values of an existing selector
