1) Removed all hacks from all Makefile.am (dependency, flex, bison, yacc
etc)
2) Libtoolize
3) AC_PROG_CC in configure.in placed before other checks
4) All sources moved to src. Otherwise it was impossible to (correctly)
force the library to be compiled before programs.
5) proplist.y renamed to proplist_y.y (you can find a better name).
Otherwise proplist.c is created twice (from *.l and *.y)
6) Makefile.am added to each directory
7) "make dist" tested, EXTRA_DIST variables updated.
8) "make install" tested

o Tuned the proplist.y file to be more forgiving on syntax errors. Due
  to the way synchronizing works, a line containing a syntax error is
  unfortunately "synchronized away", i.e. vanishes. Fix that.
