Retrieves the URI of the named unparsed entity from the supplied document.

Parameters:

theName	The name of the entity
theDocument	The document that contains the entity

Returns:: The URI of the entity

Reimplemented in DOMSupportDefault, XalanDefaultParsedSourceDOMSupport, XalanSourceTreeDOMSupport, and XercesDOMSupport.
