As far as I know, TDCC isn't documented anywhere at all, so here is what you
will need to know:

1. TDCC uses CTCP DCC TSEND instead of CTCP DCC SEND.
2. TDCC always sends the file size.
3. TDCC has no formatting of the data stream.. the file itself is sent, with
   no interruption.
4. With the regular DCC protocol, the sender closes the connection. With
   TDCC, the *receiver* closes the connection when it has received the full
   amount of data.

Note that (last I heard) BitchX does not comply with #4, and panasync
refuses to implement it correctly.
