Commands: remove

  Format: 1. remove <list> <user>
          2. remove <user>

Removes a user from a list. The list must already exist.

In the first form, <user> is removed from <list>. This format may not
be used if the list requires a password for owners.

In the second form, <user> is removed to the currently selected list.

In either case, you can't use "remove" to delete a list owner. You must
first use "mflags" to remove a user's owner status before removing him
or her with this command.

<user> can name an included mailing list on the same server.

If <user> contains a wildcard ("*") character, all addresses matching the
wildcard will be removed, unless the address is marked as either an owner
or an included list.

The list files are not updated if this command is issued at the command line
interface when "fast" mode is enabled, until the "update" command is
explicitly issued.

This command is only available to list owners.
