Command: select

  Format: select <list>

Indicates to listmanager that all subsequent commands will affect the named
<list>. The list is then locked so that other processes cannot modify the
list while you have control of it.

Using "select" again will unlock and close the currently-selected list.

You don't need to be a list owner to select the list, but you do need
to be a list owner to perform list owner functions once it has been selected.
