SYNOPSIS

       tally.control

DECSRIPTION

       tally.control  is  normally invoked by scanlogs(8).  It reads its stan-
       dard input, which should be the newgroup.log and rmgroup.log log files.
       It  updates  the  cumulative list of newsgroup creations and deletions,
       control.log.
